What Pathfinder is providing
Pathfinder is providing to its Associates the coaching services of Jonathan Wilson.
The specific coaching programme will be agreed individually between Jonathan and the associate. A typical programme may be six sessions over four months. The first session (1) would be free, by phone, lasting about 20-30 minutes and would explore the associate’s aims and objectives. Ideally, the first paid session (2) would be face to face for about an hour. The next three sessions (3, 4, and 5) would be by phone for about 30-40 minutes each. The final session would ideally be face to face for about an hour.
This would mean about 3.5 - 4 hours coaching time that the associate pays for.
Payment
The associate would pay Pathfinder for the programme after the first free session.
Pathfinder would pay Jonathan promptly on receipt of payment from the associate.
Postponement, cancellation and termination
The associate may postpone or reschedule any coaching session more than fourteen days before the session.
The associate may terminate the coaching programme more than fourteen days before the next scheduled coaching session and receive a full refund of the fees they have paid and not yet used.
Possible Guarantee
If the associate does not feel that they have received good support and has not achieved the results they agreed at the outset of the programme, the associate will be refunded the fees they have paid for the programme.
This guarantee is payable provided that the associate does the things that they set for themselves to do within the time that the associate set him or herself in the coaching.
Suggested Investment
The associate’s investment for a programme such as described above of an introductory free session five paid sessions over six months would be £395 + VAT, rising to £495+VAT after the introductory offer.

All that Pathfinder Projects needs is an initial deposit; this can be made by
cheque, BACS or PAYPAL. If paying by cheque please make payable to Pathfinder
