Tamsin is a qualified NLP trainer and life coach, offering leadership training programmes for senior and middle management. She is certified with the Working Coach Company and offers psychometric evaluation through 'Insights'. She is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Appreciative of people's good qualities; she is a creative thinker and visionary and has a desire to create 'win win' solutions in both 1:1 and in a team context. She is outgoing, enthusiastic and inventive. She likes to make learning creative and fun.

Tamsin's first career was as a veterinary surgeon working in a variety of different areas including the pharmaceutical industry, emergency clinics, and worked in an advisory and role setting up Veterinary Practice Standards which have now been adopted in the UK.

Aware of the impact of human relations on success in business, in 2002 she took the step of and exploring and retraining in the area of personal development and personal transformation.
