Jonathan Wilson is a senior coach with Pathfinder Coaching. He has been professionally coaching since 1994. He started his business career in the airline business, with Laker Airways, Virgin Atlantic and London City. At SAS Scandinavian Airlines, he developed leadership learning for its top executives. He joined Ellis Hayward in 1994, helping to build it to a profitable £3million. Since 2001 he has dedicated himself to business coaching.

Jonathan has coached in many industries and countries. Recent clients include BT, BEA Systems, Shell, TSC as well as SMEs and individual consultants and contractors. He is an associate of Cranfield School of Management.

He is a member of the Association of Coaching and the European Council of Coaching and Mentoring.
