Jonathan Wilson heads up the Pathfinder Projects Coaching Service. He has been professionally coaching since 1994. He started his business career in the airline business, with Laker Airways, Virgin Atlantic and London City. At SAS Scandinavian Airlines, he developed leadership learning for its top executives. He joined Ellis Hayward in 1994, helping to build it to a profitable £3million business before leaving its Board in order to set up his own business in 2001.
Jonathan has coached in many industries and countries. Recent clients include BT, BEA Systems, Shell, TSC as well as SMEs and individual consultants and contractors.
He is a member of the Association of Coaching and the European Council of Coaching and Mentoring.
