through to programme management and project management. We retain
a business focus and thrive on delivering results, whilst working
to agreed time, cost and quality goals.

Who we are?
It was formed in 2001 bringing together a team of skilled consultants
each with more than 20 years experience. We now have over 15 Senior
Consultants and over 100 Associate Consultant – providing
a range of professional services. It was founded in 2001 by Vic
Ient. It has its origins are in independent consulting and service
provision to both UK and international clients. The current business
concentrates exclusively on providing independent consultancy and
services through a team of experienced and qualified Associates,
who themselves each have decades of experience in providing professional
services. These consultants have extensive experience in assignments
working for organisations ranging from BT and Vodafone to the NHS
and Government Departments.
Our team of experienced consultants are all adaptable team players,
with the ability to excel in all environments. The combination of
strong business minds and extensive UK and International experience
allow our consultants to develop innovative solutions, either independently,
or as part of teams of various sizes.
